Directors Doug Harwood and Yvonne Harwood have been involved in strata management since 1999 and their journey continues. Navigating through all the changes that are ongoing with the Strata Titles Act, unique strata building designs and post-COVID-19 society attitudes, we have continued to maintain a well-informed, honest, and trustworthy service to our clients.

The growth of our business has been a result of hard work and dedication, with an emphasis on building long-term valued relationships with our strata owners.

Our management portfolio spans the greater Perth metropolitan area, Mandurah & Southwest Coastal regions, with a wide cross-section of strata complexes including small residential to inner city high-rises, commercial & industrial units, and shopping centres.
