Emergency Maintenance
Electrical
An electrical emergency is any situation involving electricity where people could get hurt. This includes electrical fire, electrocution or entire complex power outage.
Water / Plumbing
A plumbing emergency could include burst pipes, gas leaks, loss of toilet facilities, sewer blockages, blocked stormwater drains and burst hot water systems.
Fire/Storm Damage
Any serious property damage that has been caused by a fire or storm
Elevator
An elevator emergency is when people(s) are stuck in a lift; or if none of the elevators in the building are operational; or there is a hazard within the lift compromises resident safety.
Broken Glass
A broken glass emergency is when a broken window/glass compromises the safety of the residents or poses a security risk.
Gates & Access Points
A Gate/access emergency is when you are unable to enter or exit your property from the common areas
These are all considered emergency maintenance items.
